I suspect that the point of this whole thread is just to resolve the issue highlited in bold 
Why use a commercial programme like this when you can use Teamspeak for free? In fact, team speak enables multiple people to connect into the same audio channel (and allows multiple audio channels). All that you need is for one technically minded person to run a Teamspeak server from his house, and everyone else that you want can connect to it.
My squad in an online game uses teamspeak to coordinate in-game activity and it works a treat.
Is it FREE PC to phone calls? If not, there are much better VOIP software out there.

Ok....I installed it....after 5 minutes of who---me time (which is a lot), I still dont know if it can make pc-to-phone calls or not. Hence it sucks. :p

Anyone tried IP-RELAY.COM ? Without downloading anything you can make FREE PC to PHONE calls anywhere without any charges. However, when you call the person you can't talk in your own voice; you have to type the message and the operator will convey it to the recipient. Cool, no? And you can also choose a male or female operator, just ask! :)

tried it and cant say that i dont like it.. pretty cool idea but its basically for disable ppl and I would hate to see it being abused by desis trying to use the service from pakistan/india acting all disabled while the real ppl who deserve to use it are left behind without an operator.. hope it wouldnt end up like that.. :)

I only see free calls to the US
hskhan they recently changed to calls to only USA…Before you could call anywhere because someone I know called his friend in Pakistan once!
OMG.. I was completely unaware of this!! :o
BTW I use it only when my home phone is busy and when it’s an emergency(to leave a msg on someone’s phone, etc)…who would wanna talk in someone else’s voice when they can use their own voice? anyways, I’m not gonna use it again…Thanks for telling me though! :o
