Just wanna warn all you people gettign married in the UK.

My brother got married in August 2007 and hired Majid (shehnai I think his company is called). They are based in Glasgow. He didnt turn up for the nikkah. Then sent someone else to do the valima and didnt even call to say he wasnt coming. The guy he sent didnt have a clue how to take pictures. They turned out AWFUL!!!

Apparently Majid has been doing this to a lot of people. trying to get bigger weddings and sending this crap photographer in his place.

BEWARE!!!

Majid’s pictures are great but its no good if he doesnt turn up.

Its been 6months and he wont return fonecalls and hasnt even given us a proper cd to pick from. We had to get them from the bride’s side - who he gave OUR valima pics to!!

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Dont use him!!

Thats just unprofessional and will result in them losing clients. Did your brother sign a contract? If so, then he is within his rights to pursue a legal action claim againbst the company.

In the UK the asian photographers that have an established reputation in my opinion would be TusharShah and AnilTohani.

But check out the english company called Lovegrove, they're pictures are amazing, but the only drawback is that they charge £5,000.
