Find a way to satisfy your cravings without going crazy. If you want Cheetos...put a few on your plate and JUST eat those rather than having a whole bag open in front of you. I personally do not even buy chips/cookies etc because I know when they are available at home, I will gobble them up. The only time I have them is at parties and whatnot, and even then I limit myself to a few.
I personally LOVE chocolate, so I found that instead of gorging on ice cream and brownies and chocolate bars regularly to satisfy my craving, I bought a pack of Hershey kisses. I would allow myself to eat 2-3 each day, and I would eat them really slowly, letting them melt in my mouth. I found that it satisfied my chocolate craving without going crazy! Each kiss is like 25 calories!
After finishing school I went through a period of unemployment for a few months. I started off this period with a weight of about 140 pounds. During these 2 months, I would wake up really late everyday (like 1pm) and then have a meal. And then I would eat a regular dinner at about 6pm. And then I wouldn't eat again (just lazy). I snacked VERY little during this time because we literally had no food to snack on at home! During 2 months (with zero exercise) I dropped down to 130, just by eating a bit less and not snacking on garbage.
I've heard people pick a day to do binge eating - eat whatever they want and however much they want. Just also make sure you drink water with that. Rest of the week, start your meals with vegetables first.
The way I kept my weight in check for last one year is to keep an eye on carbs, not the calories. I do 6-12-12, 6 carbs in the morning, 12 for lunch and 12 for dinner, once you can do this for few months, you will find that urge for the sweets will go away. The regular coke has 12 spoons of sugar!! I never counted calories. I never lost a pond when working out, I really don't want to loose anyway. My point is any weight that you lost with workouts will come back, to keep the weight, you have to increase intensity and the time to keep up the lost weight, but that may not be possible due to our busy lives. I also subscribe to and do my best to stay with EAT4YOUR BLOODTYPE diet, I try to avoid foods which they say are harmful to me, including (grudgingly) CHICKEN in any form, lower consumption of beef. I can eat lamb or turkey though. BTW, loosing 50+ pounds is not a small achievement, so congratulations on that.
I have to fully agree with falto's response. Eat healthy. Watch your carbs and calories.
I was going to finally choose to come out of the ban I imposed on myself on this particular forum, until you gave in. So I'd much rather shut up and let the talk do the talking.

I disagree with most of this. Thanks for the congrats though.
