Much too often its seen that those in the early years of their career work longer hours in a bid to learn more, let the employer know how hardworking one is etc etc .. and many a time this flexibility is seen and accepted by the employer as a very positive quality to have.
However the work life balance suffers badly and when ever asked , the answer is usually "I am at the beginning of my career , this is expected of me "
Do you think , its alright to work so hard or do you think employees are getting exploited by their employers by making this acceptable standard in any way and form?
