truthfully speaking, i found it a bit hard to watch as it almost nearly reminded me of my dad and what he’s been going through for the past few months… highly depressing movie, but excellent nonetheless..
i totally love anupam kher and im a big fan of urmilla’s too… hence i loved the movie..
hubster doesnt agree, but i found anupems acting superb… i felt his pain so much and kept seeing my dad in him throughout the movie.. at one point i think i even cried (couldnt help it! noone saw though so that was good…)
I agree sadzzz, such good acting. Too bad I didn;t get to see all of it though. They were going to play it on sony last saturday but I just remembered that now :(
True, great movie. I watched it with Anupam Kher at the 5 Kara in December. The audience was just amazed.
Water was there at Kara too. Havent watched it though? How is it sadzz and femme?
Has anyone watched 'khamosh pani'? ive been trying to get it on DVD/CD, but cant find it. How is it? Ive heard great stuff abt it.
I did get to see Water. Pretty good movie. I didn;t like Lisa Ray in the role of Kalyani a whole lot though. Starts off slow and is somewhat depressing towards the end but a good movie to watch. The little girl chuyia was the best.
Excellent, excellent movie. I recommend it to idiots like bollybuster who do nothing but bash Indian movies. You are an idiot if you can't selectively watch good Indian movies; the likes of which would probably not be produced in Pakistan during my lifetime :o .
^ true hehe.... there are some really good indian flicks.. u just gotta find them.. if ur going for those typical masala type movies, well then that doesnt say much does it...
