I hear many people complaining ke mujhe maidai ke problem hai but I don’t know what actually it is

What do you mean? Do you have stomach problem?

It could be anything from ulcer to weak stomach lining to gas issues to lactose intolerance

me'da = stomach

so any disease/condition pertaining to the stomach is called 'amraaz e me'dah' :)
