inqilab naya pakistan has failed so time of departure is very far away. Remember, the protesters aren’t the irani mob of 1979 nor has the pakistani military thrown its lot behind them like what happened in iran. For good or the worse, the mass would never be there even in punjab let alone other provinces joining in the mud fest.

I was in Tehran throughout the Khomeini revolution and witnessed it all. This “tsunami” is not even 1% of what was going on there. The whole nation was out on streets, fighting the army. The army in the end gave up and joined the people and that is when the revolution came. I can write a book on my experiences during the revolution there.
