Aaliyah, she is very good with shipping, her packages usually come through DHL and within 2 days.. so very easy. My cousin in the U.S ordered from her and got her boxes in 2 days so dont worry about the process... she makes the whole process sooo easy! U will smile..
Well wasn't so easy breezy for me. It was so much stress. I asked her to post the packages on a certain date but she didnt and when she did post there was eid after 5 days and things were slower and the courier guys were not sure if they could deliver the parcel as they were short of employees due to eid holidays. Finally got them 6 days befor my wedding. She hadnt sent the envelopes, it was so weird delivering cards without an envelope. Also the colours that i asked for didnt match with the final product, even though i asked her not to buy until she had shown me the sample fabric :S I was sooo looking forward to the prettiest wedding cards, but honestly i was not so thrilled to see them. Firstly because of the late delivery and secondly the colour.
She on the other hand had a great communication, she mailed me the templates of the cards until i finalized the wordings. The quality is top notch. If only she had chosen the right colour i wud have forgiven the late delivery and love the cards :(

you were handing out invites 6 days before the wedding??? holy moly. i'm guessing people already knew it was happening and this was just a formality?

Ummm that soo odd!! and so unlike her.. are you sure you are talking about the same Design studio?
Ive recommended at least 5 of my family members to her and soo many friends.. just doesnt seem like the kind of thing that Mahj Design Studio would do?

After hearing great stuff about her work I will be ordering all my invitations and wedding favour boxes from Mahj can't wait inshallah!

also has some great designs! and also she customizes them to whatever you want… i remember i drove her crazy with my indecisiveness about color combinations etc and she was sooo patient!
my cousin recently contacted her for invitations and shes pretty booked… so good luck girls!

I like her favor boxes- very pretty!
A word to the wise for foreign brides, postage on those invitations would be high because of size and weight. I like the boxes she puts the invites in.

actually she has some great deal with DHL where she gets fantastic shipping rates, when i got my cards shipped and i check with DHL, she was much cheaper...but postage onwards to guests would be according to what the usps charges in US or if in UK then what the post office charges

Yes she has very good rates with DHL as her dad runs some sort of textile and fabric manufacturing company. I remember paying a lot less for my shipping.
