I hope Mahira Khan doesn’t get carried away by her fake-friends who are supporting her amid this scandal, rather pay close attention to those who are constructively criticising her behaviour revealed in those pictures. I hope Mahira Khan reflects upon whether fame and money has changed her.
I remember how Veena Malik was misled when her scandals started to trickle in through B-grade movies. Veena Malik made more and more fake-friends after each scandal and dismissed all criticism until eventually she posed topless for the infamous magazine cover. Then she was dumped by those fake-friends.

I recall a program where Mahira told Fawad Khan that she needs a cigarette/smoke....trying hard to be cool. And this was before she went to Bollywood. I am not a fan of any actor but I will give credit to Fawad Khan for maintaining a dignified image in Bollywood; for the most part he keeps his composure off-screen and in interviews. The Pakistani actresses ...on the other hand...that have gone to India have made fools of themselves (Meera, Veena, ..and now Mahira). It's human nature for people to react when they see something that is unusual. Yes, Mahira has worn sleeveless and skin-baring clothes before...but not quite like this...so it's not surprising that it would create a stir. It's a drastic change from the image that she's typically portrayed in Pakistan.
When Miley Cyrus twerks on stage...even the gora folk will "talk" and people won't shush them up. But if Mahira Khan is caught in a compromising or scandalous light.....the Desi folk will "shush-up" other Desi folks for having an opinion. LOL. Yes, indeed, we have double standards.

I do remember mahira khan talking about values and culture and how it doesn’t fit for her to act in certain roles in bollywood.

When I first found about this, I expected the Pakistani awam who keeps up with her to have an aneurysm. Glad to see some people fulfilled my expectations.
