A nice gesture indeed. But shouldn’t be the top Naval & Intelligence brass resigning for utter incompetence, since the alleged “pakistani” terroists not only avoided all intelligence services but also successfully passed thru all Naval patrol in the area.

It was an intelligence failure. You cant blame the navy. The Indian coastline is too huge and there are innumerable number of fishing ships to add to the confusion
