nyah didn't scan it, took pics of it, so ended up fidgeting around a bit with the brightness and contrast so you could see some shadows

it was a photocopy of maybe another sketch

oooo seems like we’ve increased the size of images that can be uploaded :yes:

anyways just experimenting. this is a macro shot of my kameez.

and macro shots of my earings. i’m not happy with the composition. i couldn’t capture the image that was in my head. any pointers would be appreciated.

anyways, here’s some more old art work. it has to be my first formal, and by the looks of it, the last painting ever :stuck_out_tongue: it was a half-arse job anyways. :stuck_out_tongue:

its very pleasant to look at and doesn’t look unfinished at all.. i like the water a lot..
which ppl say is hard to paint …u seem to have done it successfully and the rest of the strokes are very monet.. impressionist..

thanks. it’s finished, been finished a long time ago, but i know i didn’'t work as hard on it as i should have :cb: oh the water man my teacher made me put so many brush strokes on it, but i like it too. and i like impressionism, so i guess that style leaked onto my painting :smiley:

it's arabic calligraphy, don't read it normally. it actually spells out seen noon alif. no ray in there, and the little dandi is on top of t he seen so it's a zabar, not a zair. :p
