Hope all having good time. I have Kenwood food processor which I bought due to reliability of the brand as my mom has used it over the years but it turned out terrible. I was browsing to get new food procesor and came across the Magimix
I have also read good reviews about it. I am based in Australia and unfortunately Braun and Black n decker are not available here usually. Has anyone used Magimax or can you please let me know which ones you are using and they are good enough. Breville is quite renowned brand here but I have not read good reviews about it. Kindly help me out

I also have a Kenwood food processor - got it as a wedding gift that’s the only reason I use it. But it’s not that great. Incidentally, my mum has always said Kenwood food processors are rubbish, and in fact has always sworn by Magimix food processors, because they are a) more mazboot, and b) do the job much better. I can vouch for that because when I used to live with mum, chopping onions in the magimix was a breeze - using my Kenwood however, I always get fat onion slices left at the end. Same with cheese and other stuff. I’ve kind of given up on the food processor and just use a hand blender (Braun) which is MUCH better.
Yes me too nowadays more using the stick mixer of kenwood which is quite better. The disappointment from food processor came when i wanted to chop the masala of shami kabab and it was not all grinding. whereas my mom has braun of last 35 years and it does job in minutes.
So you have given positive respnse for magimix, thats good. Im confused between magimix and breville. Breville BFP800 Kitchen Wizz Pro 2000W Food Processor at The Good Guys
Its cheaper than magimix and although have not got any direct reviews but friends using Breville brand say that this brand is long lasting however this is again assembled in China whereas I believe Magimix is france manufactured.
Any other lady please coming up and share the suggestions.
I think most of ladies here on forum do have food processors, Can you please come up with suggestions ladies. Im really confused between Magimix and Breville. Any Breville satisfy customer or any of your suggestion please come up I need your input. We help a lot in cooking and party ideas why not on this? or if you have good experience with any other brand please feel free to share. I seriously need inputs
I haven’t used Breville so can’t say. But Ami’s Magimix is a lot older than my Kenwood one - it’s over 10 years old, but it’s still in a better condition than my Kenwood, which is only, hmmm about say two years old?
Remember, you get what you pay for. If you’re going to buy a food processor invest in something which is a bit more expensive but will last longer.
