People give Zakaat, sadaqa, Qurbani's skin and there are large donations by Business owners which run these madrassahs
Its same as Sattar Edhi. His budget is far more then a Madrassah, all run by donations of common people
Shaukhat Khanam runs on private donations, also.
Jamia Binoria is like that from last 38 years. Long before any terrorism, alqaeda or taliban. They were taking care of huge number of students then, they are doing the same thing now.
Its all because of people of Pakistan. They are more generous then our govt ever can be.
