right but why vitamin b12 and i guess b6 too, those are the only two that she takes, it's for energy but does it also increase metabolism or reverse aging, she looks so young for her age right?

You guys are quite gullible to realise that these celebrites have their own personal chefs, stylists, trainers and plastic surgeons to make them look young and hot.. a normal person with average or above average income can't afford that.. plus have you ever seen Madonna without makeup? well, hope not cause I have and she is an absolute nightmare.

mmm....could be that if the vitamins are injected....(they're in liquid form)...and are absorbed faster by the body.

B vitamins are good/essential for skin. They're also known to be mood stabilizers. It's been found that those suffering depression are sometimes lacking essential nutrients...and B vitamins tend to be among them.

RV's right about the reason being they're absorbed faster. In the Far East as well it's quite common for wealthier women to get Vit injections..
