And it turned out super dooper yummy … here’s how :
One cup cream … Put it in a pan … and then take another pan and put ice cubes in there … then place the cream wala pan on top of the ice …
Meanwhile mix two one and a half tablespoon instant coffee in one tbsp water… and keep aside ..
In a separate bowl , sift about 5 tblsp of icing sugar and keep aside ..
Now start whipping the cream by hand or with a blender , your choice … but about two minutes into the process , add the coffee mixture , little by little … keep whipping .. then start adding the icing sugar spoon by spoon … took me about 8-10 minutes of blending for the cream to turn into soft peaks …
