they didn’t do too well with the fundraising. they made around $80,000 and the goal was $500,000. =\ i was kind of upset at how so many people were just talking during the fundraising and nobody was taking it seriously.

well go figure…I bet most people just came to eat! I told Aunty Shaheen that they should have people should buy a ticket just to attend (and eat) and that money would go towards the cause. She said she doesnt want to make people pay to eat a meal during ramadan.
