Its can't be compared with photoshop. Photoshop can do a lot more than this software. This is more a photographers tool.
And as if its gonna become availabe for PC.

there r lots of Photoshop enemies ... offer same filterz / tools .. e,g the GIMP (freeware) ...
but even then Photoshop rule the digital Imaging world ...
