You want to find an easy way to share your emotions. I don't really share emotions but I have found that I find it easier to share things with females than males. I guess you could always try the samaritans if you cannot find anyone.

Why are men being forced to get in touch with their feelings, display emotions, and start acting emotional? Every sort of media is constantly bombarding women with this idea of how a man is suppose to be sensitive with tendencies to shed a tear. Then women turn around and nag us of of how we (husbands, boyfriends) are so out of touch with our feminine side. FFFFF THAT!!!!! We are men! We are hunters (in the hunters gatherers sense.) We were wired this way: to keep our feelings bottled up, to keep our emotions in check, to punch a wall instead of shed a tear. It is the women who have the problem: on one hand they want a man who is symbol or strength and protection while on the other hand they want this HE-MAN to cry and wear pink. Does anyone else here see the contradiction? Stop trying to emasculate men

danial go to catholic church and find a confession box and start talking with the priest. hopefully ur troubles will melt away.
Note: preferably find a glass confession box.

some people find it easier to express themselves in written words…perhaps you’ll find it easier to send someone an email and tell them what’s on your mind.
