concealor - studio finish.. mac’s best concealer, great for everything. applied with a foundation brush lightly on its own or mixed with a bit of moisturiser it also makes a good foundation.
powder - you can’t have matte effect AND glow. for really smooth looking skin with a glow mineralize skinfinish natural, people with good skin can use in place of a foundation or on top otherwise, gives a really smooth looking finish to your skin, spend time buffing it on with a good brush, however it does make some people break out.
for a matte look select sheer pressed to set your make-up. use another product on top if you want glow.
doesn’t seem like you really need a foundation. i would just use the concealer+moisturiser in place of a foundation and with powder on top to smooth it all out and you’re set. if you really want a foundation try some brands other than MAC too.
