I ordered it from Dell’s website.

to be honest, I understand why lots of people (programmer) prefer linux or mac machines, for me the biggest thing come down to software compatibility. I can have all those OS running on my windows machine but not the other way around and thats my strongest reason to stay with windows.

I actually have it the other way around. I run virtual box on my linux machine for windows.
