Mac is the best!! I have the pro card and love the discount!!! I know there is a Pro store in Liverpool .... so maybe you can call them and order from them. I know one thing that the pro make up is too heavy for your average person.....

^no. you can only get the pro card if you can prove that you are a make-up artist you need to provide professional documentation.
if you’re in london, the mac pro store in carnaby street will have a 20% off night (same amount as pro discount) on 14th May 2009.

In the US MAC MUA's get 60% off i believe. other MUA's get 30-40% with the mac pro card. and students get 20% off. i think thats how it is.

it starts at 5. last time i went i got there just before 5, i think i waited 20-30mins outside.
but they were letting waaay too many people in at one time compared to the previous event where it was 10 people and then people out, same # people in. therefore the queuing time to pay was much longer last time.
anyway, hopefully the weather will be warm and it will probably be quite fun.

U can also be a photographer, Model, Fashion stylist, nail technician, cosmetologist, an a hairstylist to get a pro card (if u r not any of the above, u know where to find a new friend :D)
