^Vanilla pigment is a loose eyeshadow/pigment. It comes in a jar and people use it as a highlighter by either dusting it on or adding it in their liquid foundation to add a dewy glow.
Blotting powder is a pressed powder to combat oiliness and to make the skin slightly matte. I personally have never used it because my skin isn’t oily but I know many people love it and it keeps oil at bay. It comes in different shades so I’m assuming it has come color but for the most part it is sheer. Many companies make one but this is how MAC’s looks:

^I know, but I have a friend, as well as my Mom who went this past summer and found a MAC pro store! It wasn't listed on the site because I went to check but it is there. Weird, right?
