I was checking out Mac eyeshadows on ebay and very surprised to see cheap prices!! I never had any experience of buyin a makeup on Ebay so not sure as in to go for it or not ..

i wouldnt buy opened/resold costmetics , even eyeshadows

Yawh Lois... I wouldn't recommrnd e-bayed mac... go with the original. Don't buy extremely discounted makeup...it's either close to expiry, or something fishy is up for sure, unless its getting discontinued, which I'd doubt would be at clearance price...but perfumes sometimes r.

^I meant discounted make-up items at retail stores (which is a better route to go)
well i became a A MacAHoiLiC like a year back. and one eye shadow is £10 its very expensive. i decided to have a look on ebay for some good deals. i bidded on 55 eyesahdows for £70 i won the bid but it never turned up! i never attempted to buy eyeshadows on there agian!
saying that i brought some Mac Makeup brushes from one seller and they turned out to be originals so that was a good deal.
Remember if it’s too good to be true it probably is!
all my Mac shadows are originals:D which i have been collecting for the past year. if you know someone with a mac pro card be very nice to them they can get u up2 40% off:D
Eye shadows are just dried powders pressed. so they will last forever, unlike foundation’s and lipstick’s.

^ did you give negative feedback to the seller on eBay? or complain to eBay themselves? there are policies in place for you to get your money back.
i think if you go thru a reputable eBay seller with a lot of positive feedback and take the time to read thru the comments about them, you should be fine. MUA's get 40% off, so maybe these people are buying their makeup on discount and re-selling it for profit. in the end, be a smart shopper and you should be fine!

i payed by paypall, but i was pritty new to it all at the time i brought the shadows. and i must of gone over the time limit i had to work it out with the seller. i lost my money

ive purchased other items from ebay which were all fine but i find buying makeup on ebay is very risky as alot of d stuff isnt original and there is no guarantee dat the items arent used/tested.

ive heard tht the mac makeup thts shipped over from japan is fake!!!theres some little detail thats like not there.
idk i would never trust buying makeup online.
