oh she did not do desi makeup. my MUA was a lebanese and she did the typical arab style makeup on me and it totally suited me 
Do a lot of brides put mehindi on their hands and feet for the engagement party?
DB i did have mehndi done on my hands (very light) but not on the feets...i think that would be too much.

It $40 for NY if you get it at a department store, BUT that money goes towards products you buy so technically it's free. When making an appointment, just ask for their best or top artist. Also, bring a pic of your outfit or even a piece of it so they can match your makeup to it. I think MAC is great, very modern and photographs well. BUT will not last super long. My friend got her mendhi makeup done at MAC and it looked great. But by the end of the night, it was faded. So take all photos early.

Try Dil Matharu he use to be a MAC MUA and does desi makeup as well. Ive booked him for my wedding after really good feed back from all threads ive read on MUA's in UK.

No unfortunately he doesn't have pictures of real brides on his website yet. But check his website out. You'll get a good idea of his style which is very different from a lot of other MUA's i have seen. I dont like a lot of color around the eye area and he does great eyes. A lot MUA's use MAC combined with other products. He doesn't. I prefer a MAC MUA but its personal choice. Depends on what you are looking for. Compare his website to others. Gini Boghal recommended him to me.

hey my fellow guppans, i've booked Dil Matharu for my wedding next year in April hes *definitely * the best, I loved his work from my own sisters wedding last year he really bought out her eyes but it looked so nice also he contors your face I dont know how but you cant see any lines its so natural i'm going down to see him in august for a trial, when my sample for my kaam comes through his website doesnt do him justice.
