Hi,
well there is MAC in Al Fatah. But forget it about getting original MAC there in Lahore anywhere. They sell it as original, but once you use it you'll feel the difference in quality, its some fake and cheap stuff from south east asia. It's definitly not original.

There's a cosmetic store in Liberty, called VIP I think. They sell mac and clinique and covergirl, all namebrand stuff. And theres also al-fatah. but it's super expensive, like 1500 for a shadow (when it costs only $13USD= approx 780 rupees).

hey honey....i think i mentioned this before...a guy at the cosmetics counter in lahore once told me that the makeup in pakistan (although it IS from MAC) is a of a different level of quality as compared to what is sold in USA/Europe etc. That is because distributors probably cannot afford the higher quality. thus every company (MAC/estee lauder etc) creates their products with their target consumer in mind (e.g. estee lauder sells whitening cremes in asian nations and u will never find those in USA)

ahan .. okay... shweetdreamz ... :) sounds interesting.. well, i guess i'll find out when im there, its just that here in germany they are so damn expensive ... thats why i thought i might get them cheaper there in in lahore ..

I can only agree to Shweetdreamz, you’ll find it out yourself when you’ll try the MAC make up in Lahore. Their quality can’t even be compared to what we know from MAC in US/Europe. From the cosmetic shops that VIP shop in Liberty is even the best I’d say. Just try any MAC product there and compare it with the quality here. I’m gonna get married in summer Inshallah and since I do wear only MAC products which suit me best I have the same problem that it’s hell expensive here :teary1: So trying now to buy a complete make up set step by step till summer whenever I can afford it.

hey.. aarib … yeh thats a good idea, i also already thought abt buying all that stuff step by step as it is really expensive … but worth it .. MAC make up is jus amazing especially the eye shadow shades … :love:
