So what do you use the ‘black’ one for bc its not for lips, obviously. I know its for eyes, but its WAY too creamy to STAY put!! I got this today bc the lady said it dries after a few mins of application. So i got it and came home to try it on as an eyeliner under my lower lashes and loved how it glided on! great dark smooth line! but after about 20 mins, i had grease bleeding out from under my eyes basically and on to my cheeks!!!..it was disgusting!! and not to mention the ‘black’ faded away! so i was left with tired raccoon looking eyes! 
is it really just meant to be used as a tool for creating smoky eyes instead of lining the eyes?

Yeh, I think some people use it as a base but even then it’s not so easy.
If you want some creamy to line eyes with, then fluidline all the way.
