Do you just shell out the big bucks for expensive brushes or do you opt for the less expensive duplicates aka dupes?
I’m currently looking for a duplicate for the pencil brush (i.e. MAC 219).
What’s available?

Re: MAC Brush "Dupes"
Less expensive brands. But only because I'm not that into makeup.
Re: MAC Brush "Dupes"
I think the Sigma E30 pencil brush works as a dupe for the MAC 219 brush. I have both and they give more or less the same results.

yeah...I found that one....but I'm looking for an artist's equivalent.....you know like the ones you can find at art supply stores....
Re: MAC Brush "Dupes"
I have a brush set I got from eBay ages ago which has lots of different brushes. Interms of expensive ones I only have a few from MAC which I use ( 5-6).
I was gonna suggest sigma but sonia kashuk one is pretty good too.
Re: MAC Brush "Dupes"
i have few brushes from mac...coastal scents..sonia kashkuk..real techniques and sephora... i m extremely happy with my sephora collection of brushes...and mostly prefer those over mac bruhses... the only mac brushes i use often is the fluffy blending brush and angled brush for gel eye linear..
never tried art supply brushes..
Re: MAC Brush "Dupes"
I think Sigma would have some dupes.
Re: MAC Brush "Dupes"
Senhora has seriously upped their game with their brushes. I was shocked at the quality and some of them have become my go to brushes.
