^^ haha Moms think they have full rights over their kids since they have raised them so just like most parents decide which profession their kids should go into, moms decide which girl their son or which guy their daughter should marry.

I think in this drama’s case, since the son agreed to “khala ke ghar mein shaadi”, the mom assumed it was for the elder daughter since they are closer in age.

But Adnan’s Mom assumed that her padha likha laiq beta know the tradition ‘pehle badi beti ki shadi hoti hai, uske bad chhoti ki bari aati hai’. Adnan should have been specific to her Mom on the matter, if he was really after that Chor ladki.
