i watched the driver episode yesterday and it was hilarious to say the least. You could say like a typical pakistani drama but real life.
The parents of the girl attack the drivers charecter as a thief and fraudster and the driver retaliates by exposing his boss’s secrets such as asking him to take the wifey to the bazaar and keep her there while he invites his secretaries and other women round for tea. The boss aka girls dad then responds with the classic, meh tumhara mooh toR du gaa, bakwaas band ker. but the funniest thing is the boss’s wife turns on her husband and starts fighting with him about his secretaries. It all ended dramatically with the dad taking his mike off and grabbing the driver by the scruff and slapping him in the face repeatedly, and the women folks behind him trying to pull him off.

i watch maachis.. dunno if its tru or nt bt da episode abt da girl hu ran off wid her driver was soo funny, me n ma mum cudn't stop laffin.. at da end the dad started hitting the driver n den it just finished.. i thought maachis was tru.. hmm dunno really tho

i think there's too much raw emotions flying about to see it as a set up. It doesnt seem fake at all.
