Maa Sath ha to saya-e-Qudrat bi sath ha
Maa k beghair lagy din b raat ha
.
Mein dur jaon to uska mery sar pe hath ha
Mery liye to meri Maa hi kaynat ha
.
Daaman mein Maa k sirf wafaon k phool hein
Hum sarey apni Maa k Qadmoon k dhool hein
.
Aulaad k Sitam usey Hass k Qabool hein
Bachon ko Bakash deina hi Maa k Usool hein
.
Din Raat Us ne Paal Pos k bada kiya
Girney laga to Maa ne mujhe phir khara kiya
Maa Sath ha to saya-e-Qudrat bi sath ha
Maa k beghair lagy din b raat ha
.
Mein dur jaon to uska mery sar pe hath ha
Mery liye to meri Maa hi kaynat ha
.
Daaman mein Maa k sirf wafaon k phool hein

I would like to share a story that I heard about Moosa Alayhi Sallam. I do not know if it is true or just a lore. As we all know Moosa Alayhi Sallam was called ‘Kalimullah’, the one who used to talk with Allah. I heard that whenever he would have these dialogue sessions with Allah, sometimes he used to talk a little offhanded regarding his agony with the troubles of spreading Allahs word to his ummat. Sometimes he used to like what we say ‘Ziddi’ while talking to Allah. But he was always forgiven for his slight. After some time Moosa Alayhi Sallam lost his Mother. And the next time he went for his dialogue with Allah after this event, he heard a voice saying ‘Ay Moosa, Ab jo bhi bolna, soch sumuj k bolna kyon k ab vo haath nahi rahay jo roz tere liye ut kar Dua maanga kartay thay’. I was really moved and touched by this story and about how even Allah regards a **mothers **prayers for her children. Please do pardon me if I made any mistake with this narration and I don’t know if it’s a true story. Just that it is really a very beautiful story and I wanted to share. I converted to Islam many years ago and yet probably I don’t know much. All I can say is that I was touched once by Allah in a very very special manner and whatever I am today is because of my Mother and also my Father. Maybe one day I will start a topic explaining how I found Allah and Islam.
I think ‘Ma’ is a very beautiful topic and we should all post and share things that we feel about our mothers. Maybe after reading it some of us who don’t seem to care or are lost in the wildness of the world, or some of us who are away from our Mothers, should call our mothers or hug her right now if she is around and tell them how much we love them. And people who have lost their Mothers, pray for their magfirat. I read that the Dua of children for their lost parents are always answered by Allah.
‘Jab bhi Kashti meri, toofan mei fus jaati hai, Ma‘Dua’ bunkar, mujhko Sahil per le aati hai.’
I just remember a story from Hazrat moosa Alehi salam..............
May Allah keep us always obedient of our parrents. Ameen.
Hazrat Musa Alehi Salam aur Qasab
Hazrat Musa Alehi Salam once asked Allah Subhaan Wa Ta'ala that who will be my companion in Jannah (heaven).
Allah replied: That particular Butcher will be...
He felt strange and started to find that butcher. He reached there and saw that he was busy in selling meat in his shop. He finished his work, packed a piece of meat in a cloth and started moving to his home. Hazrat Musa Alehi Salam asked him to make him his guest (to know more about him).
When he reached home, he cooked that meat, then made chapati(rotti, bread); put the pieces of chapati in that cooked food to make them soft and went to another room. There was an old woman lying on a bed. He picked that old woman from her bed and made her sit in there. Then started feeding pieces of chapati to her. When she finished eating, he cleaned the face of that old woman. The old woman said something to that butcher in his ear. Butcher smiled after that and made her lay down on bed again and came outside.
Hazrat Musa Alehi Salam was watching all this, he asked the butcher that who is this old woman and what she said to you that you smiled?
Butcher replied: O' stranger, this old woman is my mother. I always complete all her work when I come back home. She becomes happy and prays for me that May Allah give you companionship of Hazrat Musa Alehi Salam in Jannah(heaven, paradise). When she says this then I always smile because of the difference of spiritual status of mine and Hazrat Musa Alehi salam.(means he feels that he is nothing and Musa Alehi Salam is great).
