well talking from indian point of view MA is done right after ur degree course and just bears a name `post graduation'.
but MBE is considered as a profesional course and ur specializing in a particular subject doing that...
well, I can get some info for u on the difference between MA economics and MB*A, but don't know if that's the same as ur MBE*, probably not
from what I know... MBE is more of a corporate view of economics...
it has a more of finance based approach to economics rather than a policy based approach.
dunno much else about it though.
