yeah.. its headache and at 12 midnight I have made myself a strong cup of tea.. just checked my Blood pressure too.. its 107/ 69 Low

That’s actually kinda normal tbh. If you have low bp you shouldn’t be drinking chai you should be drinking other kinds of fluids like paani, and eating something with salt or boil an egg and eat it. Chai won’t actually do anything.
Low blood pressure is also very khatarnak. It can kill you in a matter of few hours if it goes low enough, while high blood pressure takes a while longer.

don’t worry queenie 106/69 isn’t low. It’s fine I think. You just need to get off the screen, close your eyes and sleep.
