M.C.C or Middlesex County College has been doing a fundraiser for the victims of the South Asia Earth quake that recently happened in Pakistan!
Our P.S.A or Pakistani Students Association did our first fundraiser event today in our college collecting $505.85 and we will be doing it for two more days so inshallah our total will come up to $1000 and we will send every penny of it to Pakistan!
With the help of me, Smokingcool, Pakiplaya, Shoaib Akther, other students including Adil, Naveed, Saqib! It was fun but the feeling is AWSOME cuz we;re actually making a contribution and working as a TEAM to do the right thing!
So I want to encourage all GUPPIES that please try to do a FUNDRAISER in your colleges and schools to raise some money and remember EVERY PENNY COUNTS!

well,, I have contacted some cousins in canada and they have promised to help as well as they haven't sent any donation as yet.... I and shweet dreamz are planning to go to Pk... but she has to confirm it... WE know we can take enough medical supplies with us, Plus I can get my freinds and family IN Pakistan to donate enough, and then we can head straight to the disaster struck areas.... I also suggested to shweetdreamz that maybe we should launch a combined appeal on GS, may be some 1 can sponsor our tickets partially and we can bear half the costs and the rest will go completely to the victims, It wqould be good to take some guys as well as we can work as a team , does anyone know about any other groups going?

i know a couple of groups going from our mosque, going straight to the disaster struck areas, n we were actually thinking to donate all our money to them. but if u do plan on going then surely ill support u, n i think rest of my crew will also do the same.

tomorow P.S.A or Pakistani Student Association is again going to do fundraiser part two! First round we all collected plus chipped in a total amount of $835!
