its a rajasthani song. 'megha' is reference to rain. since the desert areas in rajasthan are deprived of rains, their culture has many songs praising and longing for rain. in this song too they are longing for rain and praising it and requesting the clouds to pour.

Megha means Clouds.
but in this context even if you interchange the meanings still it makes sense.
