Internet is a fascinating tool to live outside from where one actually resides.
It can be a great window to look outside and it can be made like a window to have people look at you however you want people to see you.
People who lie may belong to second category when they go to extreme.
When we meet perfect strangers even personally, they may say a lot about themselves which may not be true but eventually we just have to go along with what they say and move on.
At times it is easy to catch the liar and at times it is not…so what.
Sometimes, you just do not care and play along for fun.
Reminds me a long thread about so many guppies saying who they have been told they look alike.
Most said they have been told they look like some celebrity…and they may be right but we do have a need to be perceived as good …
…and some may even petend to satisfy that need.
