He had a dream that he had cancer and died that worriez him alot az he waz very chubby in hiz past and recently hiz gone dead skinny, he goez he tried to put on weight but itz hard for him to.

Make him feel postive and stop him from being so negative, he'll feel better and won't talk like how he is now "he goez he reali hatez lyfe".

I know dreams mean something in Islam but sometimes our paranoia drives us to have certain dreams too.
You're saying he has lost a lot of weight recently but has he been to a doctor to find out what the problem is? It might be serious but it also might be his own worries that are eating at him. Stress causes weight loss and weight gain.
I would start with going to a doctor to see if he even has something to worry so much about.

IDK, I think your friend is depressed. When you are this down, you do tend to think about death and dying alot more. And the things that trouble you often find their way into dreams. I'd bet that this is why your friend dreams of cancer and dying. As mentioned above, depression and stress can also cause either weight gain or weight loss.
Has he sought help for depression? Perhaps he should have himself evaluated to see whether medication or counseling would help.

When he went to Pakistan and they told him his life was in danger, is that it. I mean is that all they said, why didn’t they give him anything to read or do. I don’t understand that. Anyway, he should read the 4 qul’s and ayat-ul-kursi every night before goin to sleep and InshAllah he shouldn’t have bad dreams. I used to have really scary dreams, that id wake up in middle of night scared and started reading this every night and now I don’t have any bad dreams or scary feelings.
He needs to work on his faith and make his deen stronger cos then the likelihood of him being affected by things like jadoo, nazar, taweez will decrease.
Ps: a bad dream shudnt be discussed because then it could come true.
