LUSSI is an urdu word and CHAACH is its punjabi version I think. :)

basically lussi in neither salty nor sweet. you can make it sweet or salty as per your requirement.

Chach is basically natural fat-free skimmed milk, very good for health and used extensively in vilages. Lussi is not bad either
they make it by adding a little yougurt in fressh milk and then shake it in madhanee after a while butter appears at the top. and rest is chaach

The idiom means that once a person gets burned by hot / boiled then he is even afraid of 'chach'. By its very nature chach can never be 'hot'. It will always be cold and must be consumed fresh or otherwise it will get soar and if it remains warms for some time it will be spoild and wont be of any use.
chach is best for your health as it is almost fat-free milk but contains all the neutrition values of milk. Chach is used to make 'cury-pakora' in pakistan india.
