I would eat a light lunch before you work out. 20 minutes before.
It helps raise your metabolism and you'll work our better.
You can choose to have al ight snack after you go for a walk - like a yogurt or a piece of fruit.
Lunch time tricks -
- Incorporate stairs or incline route during your walks. (great for thighs)
- Swing your arms for a better workout
- If your office has locker rooms, you can bring in your gym bag and start jogging / running
- Take a water bottle with you
- Wear sun screen

there is this little thing like little sand packs--which you could wrap around your wrist and ankles too
