So ordering in at work is usually how it goes and that is neither healthy nor practical.

Re: Lunches on the Go
Bring you lunch to work , back home in Pakistan when I used to go to work by bus I would not take lunch with me , but when I got the car I started to take my lunch with me. In USA I also bring my lunch to work , hardly ever I have to eat non home cooked lunch.
If you have a facility to warm up your food then you can bring anything you want but if you do not have that kind of facility then you can opt for cold meat sandwiches , salads , cholay chatt , kabab rolls , cereals and fruit combo.

well, I used to eat subway veggie sandwich 3 years ago.
now I bring my lunch from home.
Once in a while I also go to restaurant to change the taste.

Ooh it's funny you ask about lunch because that's what I'm rustling up now!
I work in an office and only have a short lunch (30 mins or so) so I try and make lunches in the morning or the evening before. One healthy option is to bake potatoes the evening before, you can then warm them up in a microwave with toppings like cheese and beans etc. It's easy to leave something in the oven. Or make a big saucepan of soup to take in. If you buy sandwich fillers you can knock up sandwiches really quickly. And finally, make use of leftovers, things like rice you can pack in tupperware boxes and take to work too.
