What do you guys usually have for lunch? What kind of things do you like to incorporate.

I havnt got a set time for lunch, but my tummy does .. freaky thing starts growling so loud 
… to shush it up, i just have any light thing… crackers /fruit/ pita with humous etc …

i usually have--a fruit or left overs from last night or make pasta or make those frozen samosis/nuggets or a sandwich

At work, lunch usually consists of a salad....occasionally soup or pasta.
At home, lunch is usually whatever mom has cooked (salan with roti). I don't eat rice that much..unless it's biryani or Chinese fried rice. Sometimes lunch at home could be pizza or pasta or a sub from Quiznos.

yes , like baby corn and baby carrots
