i just saw a telefim on hum tv called lunch with lubna. the story of lunch with lubna obviously was based on brunch with bushra’s episode where bushra ansari interviewed roohi banu.
what i am wondering about is it really a true story? did bushra ansari really did all that to get roohi banu to give an interivew? because the rest of the stuff they were showing was true. roohi banu’s son really did got killed and she become mentally unstable after that.
what do you guys think?

omg! it was soooo obvious this was a parody of bushra and her show, its either a war of the channels, geo vs hum tv or some artists are really p***ed off at bushra ansari with that interview of hers. samina peerzada was brilliant as 'roohi'
it was funny but at the same time kinda disturbing, to see bushra's character so crass and manipulative, pretty big personal attack. like yanzala, i would like to know too, is this really what bushra is like or is it just politics as usual in the cut-throat showbiz world?
arjay uncle had a guest role in it too, maybe he can come shed some light on it?

Just seen the promo, looks like someone is bearing a grudge for Bushra Ansari. Its very sad to see people making such obvious and crassly made stuff. The writer definitely lacked imagination because its one thing to be inspired from a real event and its another to copy it completely. I mean WTH!! they turned Bushra into some evil vamp - that's defamation.

The reason I opened this thread is to ask arjay uncle he is the only one who can tell the real thing. If it is true then it's really sad but for some reason I can totally expect that from bushra ansari and especially GEO. but what I hated the most was the way they were taunting on other tv chennals and their host. I just hate this chennal war every chennal think they are the best, I wasn't expecting something like this from hum it is so geo attitude I hate to see other chennals addopting this. Btw I can't wait to see a drama like this on Nadia khan show.

oh god! how does the writer know that this is actually what happened? i mean i can't even imagine bushra ansari being like this....i think its the channel trying to put down an image of a star like bushra

if they had made a whole drama based on this story i am sure they must have a way to know what happened behind the scene of that roohi banu's interview. and beside that, stars like bushra ansari or who ever aren't limited to tv channels they usually comes to all the chennals so i really don't think this drama is *only about tv channels wars, and i really do hated they way they criticized other channels and hosts. so unlike-of-hum-tv.
