^^I suggest you not give parattas everyday–in the long run its really harmful especially if the job is a sitting/desk job.

marinate boneless chicken and cook…serve with salad. Add soem fruits, cheese and olives too:) Healthy lunch

Meat loaf (keema, egg, breadcrumbs, seasonings) and mashed potatoes for a heavy lunch

kabab sandwiches

gyros (meat already made), give lettuce, tomaotes, onions and pita bread and hummus

stir fry and boiled rice

baked ziti (ziti, spaghetti sauce, keema and sprinkle cheese)

chicken/meat burritoes or tacos

boneless chicken skewers with veggies (you can either grill them (takes long) or on low heat steam them on stove)
