Friday is eat out day.

I'm feeling very virtuous as I had a salmon salad, instead of my usual pad thai.

Guys , so I took out the Pita sammich , toasted it .. but then decided to remain strong and not eat it .. packed it back in and went back to work and right in the middle of a meeting , guess whose tummy starts freaking singing like aarif lohaar :no: … yes , mine …
and it just freaking wouldnt stop, so i excused myself and went to the toaster yet again , toasted the sammich and ate it … dieting gayi kuwai mai

I made an Asian chicken pasta for the first time, which I'll be having for lunch tomorrow. I made the sauce out of sesame oil, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, minced ginger, lime juice, and hot sauce. And then sauteed jalapeno peppers, mushrooms, red n green bell peppers, spring onion, and boneless chicken. Turned out delicious. Alls I have to do now is boil the pasta. It'll either be bow-tie or whole wheat penne.

today, i brought homemade chicken salad sandwich, 1 small piece of gajar ka Halwa and of course my dhaba ishTyle chai in a thermos :) i'm happy like a kid who got a bagful of chocolates on a Hplloween night :D

dhaba style chai in a thermos … is it that karak chai ? sounds like a good idea ..

I had pasta today , not the most exciting thing in the world :no:

yup…taRak chai and it stays real hot for 5-6 hours…i LOVE it! pasta with chicken? i like pasta with chicken or qeema

when i was new in canada and working as part-time being a student, i used to convert dollars into rupees and everything seemed to be wayyyyyyyyyyy expensive. i used to have a can of coke and a small bag of chips for lunch. this lasted almost a full semester. finally, i gave up the idea to save money lol **
