The first one is pasta, cabbage, pineapple and purple potatoes with mayo, salt and some lemon juice. Everyone who has tried it has asked for the ingredients so its not that scary at all :)

Irem they are potatoes. I like using them cos they make the salad lovely and colorful. Slaving??? I enjoy doing something or the other over the weekend instead of sitting lazily eating faalooda all day long Cooking is a joy for me, I love it. Am making biryani right now. Got my sister going on the raita. Will post pics within the hour
Get two medium sized onions and cut them somewhat finely. Fry until the start turning gold but shouldn't have turned gold. Add ginger and garlic pastes. Add salt, green chillies and red crushed pepper. Fry a bit, add about half a large eggplant cut into 1/2 by 2 inch strips, Cook until the eggplant looks a little soft and isn't dry any more. Add one large cubed tomato, cook for a 4-5 of mins. Add one green bell pepper (u can use any or all colours if u wish) cut into medium-thin strips. Cook for another 3-4 mins and add 3 protabello mushrooms cut into strips. Cook for another 3-4 mins and top with corriander.

LOL..:o FG, it's not kacha at all...The way I made it is, first boiled the chicken with hot green chillies, chopped onions, salt and some soy sauce until it was almost cooked and then I fried the vegies with ginger/garlic and added the chicken to it...it looks uncooked coz I didn't really fry it(didn't have to).
