it’s the thing that gujjus do. you know, with the sticks and the guys and the girls hitting their sticks.
luddi and dandiya are not the same thing. see luddi can be done with the sticks or the hands. dandiya…with the dandis

ok give me some tips .. as my bro will be gettin married in december in pak and me older sis dont know how to prepare for mehndi n stuff n plus I will go to pak for only a week

uhh well first of all, there is this foot moving thingy that you do. it’s hard to describe seeing as i’ve forgotten it
then basically with hands you are clapping inside the circle, outside the circle, with your partner, with other people, clapping steps.
practice. lots and lots of practice. suck up to a cousin that knows how to 
oh and watch dandiya tapes. but tone it down, and make it girlier
