I am sure now Umar Gull has become the luckiest cricketer of Pakistan who is in team without showing a single match winning performance from a long time.
I don’t think so he is in a age a to improve himself. Its good to get him out from the team and give chance to some other hard working bowler.
What’s your opinion?
re: Luckiest Cricketers of Pakistan
You mean Luckiest Cricketer of All Time, right?
If he was born 4-5 years earlier or later, no chance he’d have played this many matches for Pakistan. Even now, were the drugged one (Asif) and the dragged one (Aamir) not banned, Gul would be the 15th player at best.
The only time I remember him putting in a lethal performances was in that Lahore test against India, and very occasionally on the Twenty20 stage. Even Abdul Razzaq (whose bowling in the second half of his career I criticize) seemed to put in more than Umar Gul.

Re: Luckiest Cricketers of Pakistan
I think that title should really go to Mohammad Sami, not Umar Gul. Umar Gul is not as bad as you are making him sound like.
