It will tk lil time n efforts.. easily u can do in excel (or any other office application jaisa app ko easy ho)
Categories bana lo i.e. experience, qualification, certificates etc etc.. phir is mein 300 ko add kar lo choose top 50 and put up
sorry to say but ur boss is an idiot ... can ur boss guarantee that the person he choosed will b lucky all the time ??
krna kya hai ..... go through all the resumes and select top50...... trust me it wont take ages ....simple as that .
