Guests in Pakistan can be a real pain. My aunt (phopee) came to stay over. After 7 days of her and her daughter-in-law and son, my father finally gathered courage to tell her that we are leaving for a vacation and they should better push off (in a very polite manner)
After today’s episode it dawned upon me that I had finally managed to pollute my dads mind, those post beer talk sessions with my father had paid off and those extra sessions I gave him cause I felt a little “Extra Depressed” nowadays….
It’s a very difficult job to influence a man who has performed two Haj’s , and prays five times a day in the mosque, has been a yes man to his sister for 65 years…. I have achieved my goal.
