There was a thread here a few days ago asking which country our loyalties lie with and most people said they’d support the country that is morally correct in the matter of interest.
Yeah right… I wish!
Things don’t work that way in the real world, do they? If they did, the world would be a much better place today. Thoughts?

I agree. Its easy enough to say I'd support the morally 'correct' side but lets say the countries get into a full blown armed conflict. What happens then?

Barbie you're right, things don't work that way. As much as I'd like to say yes I'd side with the morally correct one but it just depends on the situation. There will never be one answer. I just wouldn't like to be in a situation where I would seriously have to choose between one or the other country.
I don't mean to go off onto another tangent but the question always makes me wonder how I would have reacted to the partition or which country I would have chosen.
