I am actually wearing low waist jeans right now :halo: but the thing is my shirts are biger than my actual size, i can fit two of myselves in them 
but that solves the problem of the low waist..atleast for me…
What is so wrong with low waist jeans and trousers? Come on girls, they look fabu.. atleast on young girls like me ( :-p )
For the working girls, it won't look appropriate, showing up at office wearing such stuff. But for casual wear, they are alright.. ermm better than alright.

hey mystical :) i actualyl dont mind them... they are better than those high ones that gather up all the fat on the waist... i just wear a belt to solve any embarrassing moments :)
u know what... u should try Pilgrim.. they've got nice pants.. yeah Portmans got good stuff too... i usually go to Myer cus they have tonnes of work gear and its not that over the top either...

i got "hip huggin" jeans but i spend half the time pullin up cos i just feel like they are flyin off...but i wear a kameez over the top so everything stays hidden.....
for work, i shop at joyce leslie's and jcpenny's, u have to do a little searching but in the end theres always something i find suitable
for school just plain jeans, none of the hip huggers or low waist cus then i keep getting self conscience about too much exposure, if i do wear them it has to have a top thats a bit long.

Jal Pari, you get the ultra low hipsters and others that are more moderate. they actually make you look slimmer believe it or not, but then again you neednt worry about that :-) with hipsters you need a really nice belt - go all out with a big chunky belt. the only thing is that with hipsters you need to get longer tops coz when you bend over you dont flash your undies to the world.
A good place to shop for decent pants/tops is Fairview in Yorkdale...I got some amazing "halal" stuff there.... :)
